Fellow Rotarians of 6510:

There are many reasons to be passionate about Rotary. At the top of my list is the belief that our world needs the magic of Rotary now more than ever. We do change lives one at a time through each of your good works, that of your clubs and the power of our international reach.

International President Ray Klinginsmith has challenged us to help in "Building Communities ...Bridging Continents". This is a message directed not just at Rotarians but to everyone that cares about others. It is a message that calls us to action now and in the future.

This Rotary Year let us focus on the Five Avenues of Service: Club, Community, Vocational, International and our new one New Generations our commitment to the youth - the future of Rotary. A well balanced club enjoys success in each of these avenues. We must embrace the challenge to strengthen our membership focus to attract in new Rotarians and keep those we have. Our commitment to Our Rotary Foundation must remain strong to ensure the success of Rotary's future.

Let's finish off polio worldwide once and for all. Let us embrace our new district project Shoes for Orphan Souls which you will hear more about. Let us continue to remain steadfast in our support for our Belize Children's Program.

We can do all of these things if we all work together. Thank you for your Rotary service!
